CESBP 2025: advancing building physics together

The 6th Central European Symposium on Building Physics (CESBP 2025), held in Budapest, has just come to a successful close.
Hosted by IABP and the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, the conference gathered experts, practitioners, and students to share knowledge and debate new approaches to building physics.

Keynote speeches, technical sessions, and poster presentations addressed a wide range of themes, from energy efficiency and indoor environmental quality to advanced modelling and innovative materials. Lively discussions and informal exchanges strengthened international ties and inspired future collaborations.

IABP sincerely thanks all participants, speakers, and partners for their contribution to an event that reaffirmed the vitality of our field and its role in shaping a more sustainable built environment.
